City Center will feature a new version of Dorrance Dance’s Myelination in our 2017 Fall for Dance Festival, providing Michelle Dorrance with commissioning support to lengthen and rescale the work in our studios for future touring opportunities. The new Myelination will be performed on October 6 and 7, 2017 as a part of Festival Program 3. As part of City Center’s Fall for Dance audience engagement programming, Dorrance Dance will join other Festival artists in offering a free pre-show dance lesson for ticket holders before one of their performances.
