Camille A. Brown & Dancers (CABD) will be in residence in Iowa City for nine days in January 2018. The residency will include 2-3 workshops/activities as well as a public performance on January 27 followed by a discussion. The bulk of the residency will be time for CABD to rehearse and work on further development of ink, the third and final piece in a trilogy built on the common theme of identity. After leaving Iowa City, the company goes directly to Montclair State University for the New York area premiere of ink.
