Touch Update is an interdisciplinary project that explores the significant and often subtle implications of physical human contact. Commissioned by KST and Painted Bride, Bill Shannon's newest work Touch Update combines movement, wearable projection technology and video installation to explore the significant and often subtle implications of physical human contact in the digital era. The residency is the culmination of the creation process, and will be the world premiere of the work.
