The Yard

Ronald K. Brown brings Evidence, A Dance Company to the island of Martha's Vineyard in August of 2015 for a two-week long 'Dance, Spirituality, and Sacred Spaces' community engagement leg of a New England Tour. During his multi-week stay The Yard partners with the MV African American Film Festival, co-presenting the company at the MV Performing Arts Center including 'Grace' and other rep. During the multi-week creative residency, the company will work on an expanded section of 'The Subtle One' for the company's 30th Anniversary program and tour in the fall of 2015 (including the Kennedy Center, DC). The Yard partners with the Quick Center for the Arts (CT) and Williams College (MA).
