Next Stage Arts Project

The Soggy Po Boys bring a unique perspective on American Roots Music, exploring the vast musical traditions of New Orleans and expanding their repertoire to look beyond NOLA jazz by including traditional Caribbean tunes, as well as soul and brass band/street beat music. Presenting the Soggy Po Boys at Next Stage directly supports our vision of serving Southeastern Vermont as a regional cultural hub and instigator of meaningful cultural experiences. Windham County is rich in programming in musical genres rooted in New England folk traditions. Our goal is to expand the dialogue to include a broader reach of America’s diverse folk and roots genres.
