Co-choreographed by Broadway legend Ann Reinking and Thodos Dance Chicago's Artistic Director Melissa Thodos, "A Light in the Dark" is a ballet which illuminates the transformational relationship between Anne Sullivan and her deaf and blind student, Helen Keller. Founded in 1992 by artistic director Melissa Thodos, this ensemble of versatile dance artists offers a physical demonstration of the best of what humanity can achieve. The Company's mission includes inspiring expression through dance education, dance creation, and dance performance.
